By accessing and using Miami Party Charters’ services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Booking and Payments

  • All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure the reservation
  • Final payment is due 14 days before the charter date
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Additional fees may apply for special requests or services

Charter Rules

  • All guests must follow crew instructions
  • No illegal substances allowed on board
  • Smoking only in designated areas
  • Maximum capacity must be strictly observed

Weather Policy

The captain reserves the right to cancel or modify the charter due to unsafe weather conditions. Alternative dates will be offered in such cases.

Liability

Miami Party Charters is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the charter. All guests are required to sign a waiver before boarding.
